- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, coarsely chopped
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a bowl, cream together sugar and butter.

3Add eggs, one at a time, and beat after each addition. In a bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt and add alternately with milk to the creamed mixture.

4Stir in chopped cranberries.

5Spoon into 12 paper-lined 2 1/2-inch muffin cups. Fill 3/4 full.

6Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
