Cranberry Pineapple Salad

  • 1 pkg. raspberry flavored gelatin
  • 1 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 1 can (6 oz.) cranberry sauce
  • 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 3/4 c. orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 lettuce head
  • salad dressing

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

    Stir in cranberry sauce. Add crushed pineapple, orange juice and lemon juice.

    Chill until partially set.

    Stir in nuts.

    Pour in an 11 x 7 x 2-inch dish. Chill until firm.

    Cut in squares and serve on lettuce leaf, then top with a dollop of salad dressing.
