Cranberry Ring Tea Bread *

- 1/2 c. cranberry orange relish
- 1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
- 2 pkg. refrigerator buttermilk biscuits (20 biscuits)
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions

1In saucepan, combine cranberry relish and corn syrup; heat just to boiling.

2Spoon mixture into greased 6 1/2 cup ring mold. Combine margarine, brown sugar and cinnamon.

3Spread 1 side of each biscuit with some of the brown sugar mixture.

4Place biscuits on edge of ring mold.

5Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.

6Allow to cool in pan for 3 minutes.

7Invert onto serving plate.
