Cranberry Salad

  • 1 large pkg. raspberry Jell-O
  • 1 can cranberry sauce (jellied)
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream

Directions

    Dissolve Jell-O and cranberry sauce in the hot water.

    Add chopped pecans.
  3. 3
    Pour 2 cups of mixture into a clear glass bowl. (Spray first with Pam.)

    Chill Jell-O until firm.

    (Leave rest of mixture set out until ready to use.)

    When first mixture is jelled firm, add a layer of whipped sour cream.

    Then pour rest of mixture over top of sour cream layer.

    Chill until firm.
