Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. cherry jello (regular or sugar-free)
  • 1 c. water (boiling)
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 c. fresh cranberries, ground
  • 1 orange, ground
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Directions

    Dissolve jello in boiling water.

    Add lemon juice and pineapple juice; stir to thoroughly dissolve.

    Chill until partially set.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Chill in shallow pan or individual molds until firm.

    Unmold on lettuce.

    Serve with mayonnaise on top (if you wish).
