Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour (at least)
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 cup butter
  • 12 cup milk (scant)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 12 cup cranberries (fresh or frozen)

    Combine dry ingredients.

    Cut in butter.

    Combine wet ingredients.

    Mix dry and wet together, just until wet.

    Fold in cranberries.

    Spoon mixture into greased a scone pan, or into muffin tins, or spoon by tablespoons onto a greased baking sheet.

    Bake in a 400* oven 20-25 minutes.
