Cranberry Stuffed Squash

- 1 acorn squash
- 2 tsp. margarine, divided in 1/2
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar, divided in 1/2
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberries
- cinnamon
Directions

1Split acorn squash in half.

2Scoop out seeds.

3In the center put 1 teaspoon margarine, 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar and 1/2 of the whole cranberries.

4Sprinkle cinnamon on top.

5Repeat to other 1/2 of squash.

6Cover and bake at 350° for about 45 minutes or when squash is tender.

7May also be done in microwave (times vary on all microwaves).

8Great for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners.
