- 2 quarts cranberries
- 2 cups water
- 1 quart diced peeled and cored green apples
- 2 large oranges, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 1/2 cups yellow raisins
- 2 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
- 2 cups chopped walnuts
