  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 lb. peeled crawfish tails
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 large bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper
  • 3 dashes white pepper
  • 1 1/2 or 2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
  • 1 c. canned, fried onion rings

Directions

    In a double boiler, melt stick of margarine and add cubed cream cheese.

    Stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
