Crawfish Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
  • 3 slices bread, moist
  • 3 small garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 1/2 c. onions, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 c. crawfish

Directions

    Saute seasonings in butter until tender. Saute crawfish until tender.

    Add onions and soup. Add bread, rice and water.

    Place in casserole dish and sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
