- 6 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 3 (1 lb.) pkg. peeled crawfish or crabmeat
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 whole stalk celery, chopped
- 1 whole bunch green onions, chopped
Directions

1Prepare cornbread mix according to package directions.

2Bake. Mix all other ingredients and bring to a boil.

3Pour mixture into crumbled cornbread.

4Spread, after mixing, into pan and bake at 350° for about 20 minutes.

5(Add more seasoning if desired.) Yields enough for 20 to 30 people.
