- 2 bunches green chopped onions
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb. crawfish tails, chopped
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- dash of garlic powder
- ??? Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- season to taste
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- salt to taste
Directions

1Saute 1/3 of green onions and onions in butter until onions are transparent.

2Add crawfish and 1/3 green onion and Worcestershire sauce.

3Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Add garlic powder.

5Bring liquid to an easy boil; reduce heat.

6Add soup and 1/3 green onions.

7Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

8Add seasonings and salt to taste.

9Simmer 10 minutes.

11Can be served over spiral pasta or used as a dip with crackers.
