- 1 stick butter
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1 pod garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Directions

1Saute onion, bell pepper and garlic in butter until tender. Stir in flour and then tomato sauce.

2Let simmer for 10 minutes. Add seasoned crawfish and cook on medium fire for 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
