- 1 lb. crawfish tails
- 2 boxes frozen spinach
- 1/2 onion
- 4 tsp. flour
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c. milk
- 6 oz. grated American cheese
Directions

1Saute onions in butter until clear.

2Add crawfish and saute for 3 minutes.

3Add flour; stir until smooth.

4Add milk; simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.

5Stir in cooked spinach.

6Top with grated cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
