Ingredients
- 1 lb. crawfish tails
- 8 ears fresh corn
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 small can tomatoes
- 1 c. diced bell pepper
- 1 c. diced onions
- garlic to taste
- 1/2 c. margarine or oil
- 2 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Saute crawfish in small amount of margarine and set aside.

2Cut corn cream style.

3Using large pot, melt margarine or oil.

4Add Ro-Tel, tomatoes, peppers, garlic, onion and salt.

5Cook slowly about 10 minutes.

6Add water and cook until pepper and onions are tender.

7More water may be needed.

8This mixture should be a little thick.

9Add crawfish; cook 10 minutes.

10Makes 2 quarts.

11Shrimp may be substituted.
