- 1 lb. crawfish
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1/4 c. celery
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 pie shells
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch (if needed)
Directions

1Saute seasoning in margarine.

2Add milk, soup and crawfish. Simmer 20 minutes. Add cornstarch, if needed for thickening.

3Pour in pie shell.

4Place other shell on top.

5Press edges together. Bake at 350° until brown.
