- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
- 2 lb. crawfish, peeled and cleaned (crabmeat or shrimp can be substituted for crawfish)
- 3 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/3 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 (9-inch) pie shells
Directions

1Mix all together. Then add it to shells. Bake in oven at 375° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
