- 1 pt. butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (golden)
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 to 5 Tbsp. white wine
- 1 lb. crawfish tails, chopped
- 2 pie shells
Directions

1Simmer crawfish 10 minutes.

2Mix with seasoning. Simmer 15 minutes.

3Bake one pie shell until light brown.

4Pour mixture into pie shell. Cover with the other shell. Brush top of shell with melted butter. Bake until golden brown.
