Crawfish Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz. can cream of shrimp soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. lobster meat (cooked and chopped)
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • Dash of paprika
  • dash of white pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. sherry (optional)

Directions

    Combine first 2 ingredients over medium heat.

    Stir often.

    Add remaining ingredients, except sherry.

    Heat to serving temperature. Stir in sherry just before serving.

    Serves Four.
