Ingredients
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 1/2 c. water
- oregano
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
- red pepper
- 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 lb. raw crayfish meat
- rice
Directions

1Saute the first 4 ingredients in cooking oil until tender. Add the tomato paste, water, oregano to taste, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and red pepper.

2Cover and cook slowly for 30 minutes.

3Add 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup.

4Add the raw crayfish.

5Simmer another 30 minutes.

6Serve over cooked rice.
