  • 9-inch graham cracker crust
  • 1/4 c. cold water
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 (1 lb. 5 oz.) can blueberry pie filling

    Dissolve gelatin over low heat.

    In another bowl, mix milk and lemon juice.

    Stir in gelatin mixture.

    Now add sour cream. Fold in pie filling.

    Pour into graham cracker crust and garnish with rest of pie filling.
