  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 c. water

    Mix all dry ingredients in bowl, then add wet ingredients all at once.

    Stir by hand.

    Put in 9 x 12-inch pan in preheated oven of 375° for 30 minutes.

    Frost with Chocolate Chip Frosting, if desired.
