Ingredients: 2 c. sugar; 2 eggs; 1 c. milk; 1 c. cocoa (for chocolate cake); 3/4 c. oil; 1 tsp. salt; 2 tsp. baking powder; 1 tsp. baking soda; 2 tsp. vanilla; 3 c. flour; 1 c. boiling water; 3 c. flour; 2 c. sugar; 6 Tbsp. Hershey's dark chocolate (powder); 2 tsp. baking soda; 1 tsp. salt; 12 Tbsp. cooking oil; 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar; 2 tsp. vanilla; 2 c. ice water

Preheat oven to 350°.

Grease pan(s).

Do not flour.

Sift dry ingredients.

Make 3 holes in dry mixture.

In first hole, pour oil; in second hole, pour vinegar; in third hole, pour vanilla. Pour ice water over all.

Stir with fork until evenly blended. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350° layer or sheet cake only.

Will not do well in Bundt pan.
