  • 6 c. sugar
  • 1 pt. whipping cream
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1/4 tsp. soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix all ingredients; stir until dissolved. Place on heat and stir. Do not stir after mix starts to boil. Cook to 258°. Pour onto a buttered marble slab; roll and cut with scissors into pieces.
