- 2 c. half and half
- 2 c. white sugar
- 3/4 c. white Karo
- 3/4 stick margarine or butter
Directions

1Bring to boil 1 cup of cream, sugar, Karo and butter.

2Stir continuously, then slowly pour in second cup of cream (add slowly).

3Continue to stir until thick; don't let it stop boiling to medium ball stage.

4Testing as it darkens and thickens.

5Butter pan and pour into pan.

6Let cool, then cover with paper, foil or plastic.
