- 2 pkg. cream cheese
- 2 scallions (use greens and tops)
- 2 pkg. pressed beef
- Worcestershire sauce
- 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Directions

1Soften cream cheese. Add scallions and 3/4 of the beef cut into small pieces. Add a little salt and a few drops of Worcestershire sauce. Add mayonnaise.

2Mix together and chill for several hours. Cut up remaining beef.

3Form cream cheese mixture into ball. Roll it in the remaining beef.
