Cream Cheese Bars

  • 2 packages Cream Cheese (8 Oz.)
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 whole Egg, Separated
  • 2 packages Refrigerator Crescent Rolls
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9x13 pan.

    Soften cream cheese to room temperature, add 1 cup sugar and mix.

    Separate egg and add yolk to cream cheese mixture. Beat till creamy.

    Take out crescent rolls and unroll first package. Without separating rolls press into the bottom of pan.

    Pour cream cheese mixture on top. Very gently unroll 2nd package of rolls and place on top of cream cheese mixture.

    Beat egg white and brush on top rolls. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. After the pan cools, keep refrigerated. Enjoy!
