  • 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    In a bowl soften cream cheese and butter and stir to mix.

    Add flour and salt; stir to mix.

    Shape into a 1 1/2-inch diameter log.

    Refrigerate.

    When dough is hardened, cut into 1/4-inch wafers.

    Bake on an ungreased baking sheet for 20 minutes in a preheated 350° oven, for 10 minutes at 400°.

    Biscuits will be light brown.
