- 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1In a bowl soften cream cheese and butter and stir to mix.

2Add flour and salt; stir to mix.

3Shape into a 1 1/2-inch diameter log.

4Refrigerate.

5When dough is hardened, cut into 1/4-inch wafers.

6Bake on an ungreased baking sheet for 20 minutes in a preheated 350° oven, for 10 minutes at 400°.

7Biscuits will be light brown.

8No need to butter.

9Makes about 40 biscuits.
