- 1 c. milk
- 3/4 c. flour
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- sour cream
- 1 (10 oz.) Birds Eye red raspberries in lite syrup
Directions

1Stir together milk, flour, eggs, 1 tablespoon margarine, sugar and salt; beat until smooth.

2Let stand 30 minutes.

3For each blintz, pour 1/4 cup batter on hot, lightly greased skillet.

4Cook on one side only until lightly brown.

5Spread browned side with sour cream and roll up.

6Before serving, brown in remaining butter.

7Top with raspberries and sour cream.

8Makes 8 servings.
