  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 lb. box confectioners sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Mix egg, margarine and cake mix.

    Press together in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix eggs, cream cheese, confectioners sugar and lemon juice.

    Pour over dough.

    Sprinkle with pecans (optional). Bake at 350° for 40 minutes without opening door.
