- 4 (8 oz.) tubs whipped cream cheese
- 1/4 lb. unsalted butter
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
Directions

1Allow cream cheese, sour cream and butter to come to room temperature.

2In a large bowl, blend together all ingredients except eggs.

3Beat eggs into mixture one at a time, mixing well after each one.

4Pour into greased spring-form pan.

5Cover bottom and sides with aluminum foil and put in larger pan partially filled with water and bake in 370° oven for 1 hour.

6Cool and remove from pan.
