  • 4 (8 oz.) tubs whipped cream cheese
  • 1/4 lb. unsalted butter
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 5 eggs

    Allow cream cheese, sour cream and butter to come to room temperature.

    In a large bowl, blend together all ingredients except eggs.

    Beat eggs into mixture one at a time, mixing well after each one.

    Pour into greased spring-form pan.

    Cover bottom and sides with aluminum foil and put in larger pan partially filled with water and bake in 370° oven for 1 hour.

    Cool and remove from pan.
