- 1 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- confectioners sugar (optional)
- 1 cooked pie shell
Directions

1Heat oven to 325°.

2Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan or 12 cup Bundt pan.

3Beat butter and cream cheese together in mixing bowl until well blended.

4Add sugar and cream until light and fluffy.

5Add eggs, one at a time, beat well.

6Blend in vanilla. Sift flour and salt together and blend into cream mixture.

7Spoon batter into prepared pan.

8Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
