- 16 oz. cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract (optional)
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- pound cake
Directions

1Beat cream cheese, eggs, sugar and almond extract until smooth and creamy.

2Line bottom of square pan with thin slices of pound cake.

3Pour mixture on top of pound cake.

4Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until firm and brown.

5Cool 20 minutes.

6Beat sour cream, sugar and vanilla.

7Pour over top of cheese cake.

8Return to oven at 350° for 10 minutes.

9Cool and chill.

10Top with blueberry, cherry, etc. pie filling and serve.
