Cream Cheese Cake Cookies

  • 1 block (8 Oz. Block) Softened Cream Cheese
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1/4 cups Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 box (18.25 Oz. Box) Cake Mix

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add egg, oil, and vanilla. Mix in cake mix. Either roll dough into balls or spoon out teaspoonfuls of dough onto an ungreased baking sheet about 1 inch apart. The cookies do tend to spread out a bit. Bake for 10-12 minutes.

    You can choose any flavor of cake mix. Yellow is my husband's favorite, but I personally prefer any of the dark chocolate mixes. The Funfetti mix makes for very fun cookies and tend to stay particularly soft.
