- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pkg. vanilla wafers
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Directions

1Combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

2Beat until smooth.

3Place vanilla wafer in paper muffin cup in muffin pan. Fill each about 3/4 full with cream cheese mixture.

4Bake at 375° for 12 minutes.

6Top with a spoonful of pie filling.
