- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 small pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/3 c. oil
Directions

1Combine cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt.

2Beat well and add chocolate chips.

3Add the vanilla and vinegar to the water.

4In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, the vanilla, vinegar and water mixture, salt, baking soda and oil.

5Mix and beat well.

6Fill cupcake papers 1/2 full of chocolate mixture.

7In middle of each, put heaping tablespoonful of cream cheese mixture.

8Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
