- 1/4 c. butter or oleo
- 1 1/2 doz. eggs
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 1 c. milk
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion
Directions

1Heat oven to 325°.

2In oven, melt butter in baking dish (13 1/2 x 9 x 2-inch).

3Tilt dish to coat bottom with butter.

4In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt until blended.

5Stir in onion.

6Pour into dish.

7Bake until eggs are set but still moist, about 35 minutes.
