- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
Directions

1Have all ingredients at room temperature.

2Cream the cheese. Add eggs, one at a time.

3Beat in sugar and vanilla.

4Using paper liners in cupcake pans, fill cups 1/8-inch from top.

5Batter will be thin.

6Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes until cracks.

7Remove from oven.

8Cool 5 minutes (will sink, leaving hole).

9Mix 1/2 pint sour cream with scant 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla.

10Put dash of this mixture on top of each cake (in hole only).

11Return to oven for 5 minutes.

12Cool top with any pie fruit filling.
