  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 box vanilla wafers
  • prepared pie filling (any flavor)

    Mix for 5 minutes on high speed. Line cupcake liners with vanilla wafers.

    Pour batter 2/3 full. Bake at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes.
