- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. cream or milk
- 4 c. powdered sugar
- 4 (4 oz.) pkg. unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. rum
- dash of salt
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Directions

1Beat cream cheese and cream until smooth.

2Gradually beat in sugar, then blend in chocolate.

3Stir in vanilla, rum, salt and 1 cup nuts.

4Press into lightly greased 8-inch square pan and cover top with remaining nuts.

5Mark in 64 pieces (about 1-inch squares) and chill for several hours or overnight.

6Makes 1 pound.
