- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, soft
- 2 lb. powdered sugar
- food coloring
- 1/2 tsp. peppermint flavoring
Directions

1Combine cream cheese and butter in a saucepan.

2Stir over low heat until cheese is soft, butter is melted and mixture is well blended.

3Add powdered sugar.

4Stir until well-combined.

5Add your choice of food coloring and flavoring.

6If desired, divide batch to make 2 or 3 colors.
