- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. half and half
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 (15 oz.) pkg. white frosting mix
- 1 tsp. peppermint extract
Directions

1Combine cream cheese, half and half and butter in a heavy-bottomed saucepan.

2Stir over low heat until soft and creamy and butter is melted.

3Remove from heat and blend in frosting mix. Stir.

4Add peppermint extract.

5Roll mixture into balls or drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper lined cookie sheet.

6Press with fork or cookie stamp for design.

7Let mints stand, uncovered, at room temperature until firm and outside is dry.

8Inside should still be creamy.
