  • 3 ounces, weight Pkg. Cream Cheese
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Peppermint EXTRACT (not Peppermint Oil)
  • 2-1/4 cups Confectioners Sugar

    Beat cream cheese until soft. Add food coloring (if desired) and flavoring.

    Gradually add sugar. Knead until consistency is like pie dough.

    Roll into marble sized balls. Roll into granulated white sugar.

    Place into cavity of mold, pressing from the edge to the center.

    Unmold at once onto wax paper
