Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 packages ( 3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
  • 3 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2 or 3 drops red food coloring

Directions

    Beat cream cheese with milk until smooth.

    Add remaining ingredients and beat until well blended.

    Press small amounts of mixture into candy molds.

    Remove from molds and allow to air-dry at room temperature 4 to 6 hours.

    Store in an airtight container.

    *This recipe makes about 3 to 4 dozen mints.
