- 1 cup flour
- 12 cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 cup butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 23 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch nutmeg
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2Combine flour and sugar.

3Cut in butter with a pastry blender until crumbly.

4Add egg yolk and vanilla and mix well.

5Push mixture into a glass pie pan and bake about 8 minutes.

6Reduce heat to 350 degrees F.

7Cream butter; add sugar, cream cheese, eggs (one at a time) and nutmeg.

8Mix until smooth.

9Put mixture in cookie crust.

10Bake for 1 hour (check after 45 minutes) or until pie is light brown.
