  • 2 pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar (unsifted)
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 bottles Avoset whipping cream
  • 4 tsp. sugar
  • Cool Whip or blueberry pie mix

Directions

  1. 1
    Cream together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Whip Avoset with 4 teaspoons sugar, then fold into cheese mixture. Pour into baked crust.

    Put Cool Whip on top or 1 can blueberry pie mix.
