- 3 sticks Blue Bonnet margarine
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- dash of salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 3 c. flour (plain)
Directions

1Cream softened margarine and cream cheese.

2Cream in sugar then eggs, adding egg one at a time.

3Add salt, baking powder, vanilla and almond extract; mix well.

4Add flour, a little at a time, then mix all for at least 5 minutes.

5Bake at 275° for 1 1/2 hours or until top splits, sides loosen from sides of pan and toothpick comes out clean.

6Bake in a large tube pan sprayed liberally with Pam spray.
