- 3 sticks margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 c. sugar
- dash of salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 6 large eggs
- 3 1/4 c. sifted cake flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Cream margarine, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy.

2Add salt and vanilla; beat well.

3Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

4Stir in flour and baking powder.

5Spoon into a 10-inch tube pan.

6Bake at 325° for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
