- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 green pepper (also some red pepper for color)
- 1/2 small onion
- hot sauce to taste
- 1 large pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
Directions

1Chop the green (and red if you want) peppers and onion.

2Mix into the softened cream cheese.

3Add hot sauce to taste and mix. Flatten the crescent rolls into 4 rectangles.

4Spread the cream cheese mixture on and roll each rectangle lengthwise.

5Slice into 1/2-inch slices.

6Bake on cookie sheet for 15 minutes at 375° (until brown).

7Serve hot or cold.
