  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 12 onion, minced
  • 4 mixed mushrooms, chopped
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons basil
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 teaspoons butter
  • 34 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons hot chili sauce (cock sauce)

Directions

    Saute onion and mushrooms in oil over medium low heat until onions are soft and mushrooms have released some liquid.

    Add garlic, salt, pepper and basil and saute for another few minutes.

    Melt together cream cheese and butter in a saucepan over low heat until smooth and creamy.

    Stir in milk and cock sauce.

    Simmer over low heat, stirring constantly for 3 minutes.

    Serve over pasta.
